The Horticulturist’s Alice, A Garden Tour of Wonderland

A presentation by horticultural historian, Bob Hornback.

Bob Hornback put a horticultural spin on his guided tour slide program of the lands created by Lewis Carroll, a place where cats smile, caterpillars smoke hookahs and flowers are opinionated. If you thought you knew Alice in Wonderland, you enjoyed some BIG surprises!

Bob Hornback is a horticultural historian who teaches botany and horticulture at campuses throughout the Bay Area. He’s also a popular garden writer and speaker, and the owner of Muchas Grasses, a company that specializes in plant brokerage, consultation and design with ornamental grasses.
