A Holiday Greens/Floral Demonstration

Christine Saunders is Vice President of Business Development for Organic Bouquet and past president CEO of The Spiraled Stem, both floral design companies. Organic Bouquet offers design and installation of eco-friendly floral decor for corporate and social event clients in southern California and provides sustainably grown flowers for these events.

Christine is one of southern California’s leading floral designers and the recipient of many awards, including the 2008 Anaheim Green Business of the Year award. She was named one of 2010’s “Top 20 Women to Watch” by OC Metro Business magazine. Her work has been featured in several national publications including Architectural Digest, People, the Los Angeles Times, and in the book, Green Wedding: Planning Your Eco-Friendly Celebration.

This was also the Society’s annual “Cookie Night” when members and guests are encouraged to bring a sweet or savory treat to share. A Sharing Table was also set up for an exchange of no longer wanted tools, ornaments, books and other garden related accessories.
